2018 Planning and Environment Court Appeal No. 627 of 2018. Moreton Bay Regional Council v Trask Development Corporation No. 15 Pty Ltd. Engaged on behalf of MBRC to provide expert advice of vegetation and ecological values for Trask development applications within the Morayfield South Growth Area.

2016 Supreme Court Appeal SC 932/16, Foxleigh Land Pty Ltd v Kevin Kenny & Ors. Engaged on behalf of Foxleigh Land Pty Ltd to provide expert advice to the Court on impacts to biodiversity offset areas.

2015 – 2016 Land Court Appeal EPA495-15, MRA496-15, MRA497-15. New Acland Coal Pty Ltd ACN 081 022 380 V Frank Ashman & Ors. and Chief Executive, Department of Environment and Heritage Protection Engaged on behalf of New Acland Coal Pty Ltd to provide expert advice to the Court on botanical and ecological issues relating to New Acland Coal Mine Stage 3 Expansion project.

2014 Supreme Court Appeal R v Baden-Clay (SC467/2013). Investigations into foresnic botany evidence presented by the State. Undertaken for Peter Sheilds Lawyers.

2010 – 2013 P&E Appeal 2763 of 2009, Rainbow Shores Pty Ltd v Gympie regional Council and ORS. Engaged on behalf of the Queensland Department of Environment and Resource Management to provide expert advice to the Court on botanical and ecological issues relating to the matter of an application for a development permit for a master planned community at Rainbow Shores, Queensland.
